Banksy is a graffiti artist hailing from England. What sets his work apart from the rest of the graffiti artists out there, in my opinion, is that they actually seem to have some thought put into them. They’re usually politically charged, often satirical. The positioning of his pieces is what really impresses me. The paintings aren’t just painted on any random surface, they seem to be planned. Further separating himself from other graffiti artists, his works have made their way to art galleries and auction houses, fetching astronomical prices.
